First Entry:
Name of Chair: Dummy Scrolling
Concept of my chair: Inspired by the "dummy scrolling myth" in Maplestory. Hence I would like to design this chair as one of the meme and You don't have to waste your scroll anymore , just simply sit on this chair to increase your next "chance"! The toy block sprite is taken from the FM Channel 8 Room 7 Top floor, it's blessed with luck.

Concept of my chair (optional): I have a few succulents in terrariums and I thought it would be cute to make it into a chair c:

Name of the chair: Unbreakable Bond
Concept of the chair:
The story between Grendel the Really Old and Shammos was heart-breaking and it brings me tears when it comes to my dream from time to time (uwu). Therefore, I made this chair in hope for curing Shammos curse (do I? Or no genesis quest for new bishop.):
In the scene, Wiz the Librarian is throwing Life Roots at Shammos and the shroom is delivering them.
P.S. This animated chair has 27 sprites, so I summerize them from number 00 to number 26 in a zip file which can be found on GoogleDrive through the link in Spoiler (or in the uploaded file section).

Name of the Chair: Papulatus' Last Apprentice
Concept of the Chair:
Being Papulatus's last student, I think that he seems to put a lot of efforts in teaching me (sitter).
The goal is to know how to correctly put "Piece of cracked dimension" in ther right place or the skill to travel through time (Time Leap) will not work properly. And they seem to have a hard time making it.

P.S: 200ms might be slightly too slow, you should give each frame about 150ms for it to look similar to its animation ingame.

Concept of my chair: A wild Lycanthrope have snuck behind you while you sat on a bench, instead of attacking you, it seems to have taken a liking to you. To not piss him off you decided to avoid any sudden movements o-o

This is the first time i tried drawing and animating things that i drew by myself,
making that tail and hand movement look good was super gradifying

EDIT: tweaked the animation, added more frames, and cleaned up the sprites.

I've always wondered if the original story of Maple Story had the concept of religion. This is how I portrayed it.

Where did you find the sprite animation of sed? I've looked really hard for all the debuff animation sprites but came out empty

Sadly im a nub that doesn't know how to search though the wz files
The closest i got to it is using maplestory.io, but i was too dumb to make their search engine work, so i manually searched though allllllll the mob files just to find the dark wyvern. I wasn't able to find any of the debuff sprites while i was there...

 

For all who are having troubles finding your MapleStory sprites, I invite you to follow the tutorials in the link down below. In fact, those materials you are looking for are all located in files with ".wz" extension in your MapleRoyals folder, and the tutorials provide 2 tools that help you to "EXPORT" those files to PNG files (Without modifying it, or it is going to be a hacking behavior).

Spoiler: Things to notice when using the tools

When finding sprites' address number using "GMHandTool":

1. Choose the version to GMS(old) since MapleRoyals is on pre-BB version.


2. Some of the tags are not working. For example, etc., map3.. and so on. Play along with it, when error comes out, simple close the software and restart it. (it is a little bugged so I recommend doing that.)

When exporting sprites to GIF using HaRepacker:

1. If the programmes doesn't open when you double click on it, don't panic. Simply try to run it as administrator and see if it works.


2.Change the version to GMS (old) as well for the same reason.

Or, you can just go in the game and screenshot them (at least this is how I did for some references when making Papulatus' Last Aprrentice).
