QoL Don't let buffs override better active buffs

Soon they'll be asking if they can marry pig mobs to get into APQ!

 

This effect is also applies to the pirate skill "dash".
In the past, this skill used to remove haste and speed potions, but now it only comes into effect if its the stronger buff, and even then it would never delete the other buff.

Bump. I've seen this work in servers since forever. It's a pity Royals doesn't implement this (yet)

 

While it is possible to do, it would require our devs to rewrite our buffing system from scratch which is something we don’t want to do at the moment. Nevertheless thanks for your feedback.
