To be honest the whole website seems kinda neglected, the design also looks old and lacking in color. Other servers got much better websites that can convince you to join the game
Just for reference, there's a previous thread on this and you can see my post there (Link). @Ayane brings up a good point in general. While the simplicity is nice and the website has a sort of old charm, I'd like to see it updated as a whole. Seeing stuff like "Last updated 2015" is quite a turn off, whether or not it should be. We have some great artists in the community (I don't know about web devs, and who handles that stuff besides @Chokladkakan (active, inactive?)) Let's use them?
Please refer to this thread mentioning about a new website for Royals. I haven't seen any mentions of it recently, or any previews to gather any hype. Have you guys? Might just be another SoonTM.
I don’t know why how important is library update when you can visit: 1.Google.com 2.https://bbb.hidden-street.net/
This was mentioned in the April GM Blog - Its one of those things that's on the way but there are probably other projects taking priority. Hopefully we can see it soon
Some of the info don't match with what we have in Royals, and Hidden Street doesn't list equip range for the Godly System, so yeah, in a way, a library update is really important to some.
i think Monster Book "replaces" library and is kinda lucrative to farm/explore to see what you can get (is not perfect tho but yea) i would like if monster book gets updated/corected/revmaped instead of library
Library isnt just about the items tho. Job skills should be included as well since half of them on bbb isnt accurate anymore. I’d think of it like a wiki for this server particularly
It's sad how many hoops a new player has to jump through to see what this server has to offer New players looking for and joining a "nostalgic" server are not going to expect 5+ years of balance changes and custom content Even for existing players, there are a wild amount of updates. Balance changes are being made and then unmade--you need to cross reference patch notes to see what is live now. If you've been active and up to date since new source, it probably doesn't seem like a big deal. But for everyone else, it's a real shame. Something like this should probably be posted up on the front page and possibly be updated for 2021 in addition to the Library: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/»-guide-directory-«.29219/ Edit: Imagine the time and effort that went into developing and completely reworking Ellin Forest New players don't know it exists or how to begin. Existing players don't know you can craft an untradeable +8 all stat earring. Similarly, the Crimson Arclancer can be crafted for 110 attack but you can't find documentation anywhere besides a year old patch note.
The library will be as easy as 1 click to implement once the new website is complete, which is a high priority and still in progress
Hey kenny is the 1 click going to be implemented soonTM? The library hasnt been touched at all, US changed president twice already.
This reminds of a time, a returning Bowmaster joined my Dojo party, having not played for a while, he was probably unaware of the skill changes and kept relogging I need to reclient my soul arrow is bugged! took him about 3 reclients before I had a chance to catch him up with the recent changes..
