Preemptive anniversary event feedback thread

I know that this title sounds silly, but hear me out on this one
So, in last year's anni event, i, and many others made feedback threads related to the event, but because the feedback was given in the middle of an ongoing event, many of the suggestions were too late to be implemented.
I'm aware that at this point, the event is probably mostly finished (from matt's SC post). So i'll try to focus on bringing back the suggestions that shouldn't take too much development time.
Also, anyone who've played last year's anni event is more than welcomed to add suggestions to the pool in case im forgetting something

1. Anniversary coin shop available through fm:
Lets start with probably the easiest suggestion on the list. For those who weren't on last year's event, in the anni event, certain mobs and bosses droped an item that you could trade into an anniversary coin. These coins could later be used in the anni coin shop that was exclusively in henesys. While most of the features (except cassandra) were in any major town, for some reason, the coin shop was exclusively on the town map of henesys.
My suggestion is to simply move her to fm, and make it more convenient to use your coins. Correct me if I'm wrong, but i don't know of any good reason to put her only on henesys compared to the other npcs of the event. I believe a lot of players will appreciate this little QoL change

2. Revamping the droptable of the golden leaf event:
I will not go into full details on this post, because I already made a highly detailed feedback post related to this one event, which gained an overwhelmingly positive response.
In my feedback post "anniversary maple tree event needs a buff", i went over the big issues related to this event's balance, just how sensitive this event is to players participation rate, and what changes we can give to the droptable in order to make it more inviting to join this event without making it too overpowered.
Changing the droptable now is hopefully not that big of an undertaking, so unless you guys already changed it, i hope you'll give my older post another read

3. Anni event PQ suggestions:
This pq have seen a few major changes while the event was ongoing. It started as an event where only NLs dealt twice the damage compared to everyone else, and people running with mules to get 100% winrate, to an event where people just trade wins, resulting in a very stale and boring pq experience.
My intuition tells me you guys already changed/adressed the issues on this pq, and if that's the case, then this suggestion is meaningless.
But in case you decided to reuse the event, i'd like to suggest a few things to make this pq more bareable, and maybe even fun
1. Make win trading impossible via pq que of some sort (like the Halloween jumpquest que), or just 1 win per day (with a better reward pool because of less runs) so you can do runs until you win once.
2. Make the buffs and debuffs of the pq more impactful, cause killing mobs was basically never the right move in this pq.
3. If my memory is right, this pq was 3v3, which was hard to organize, if suggestion no. 1 is not an option, then at least make it less hard to start a pq.
4. Have the losing team get SOMETHING. (unless you do the 1 win per day).
5. Maybe a slightly higher chance for the pyrope box to entice players to participate in this pq more.

Tbh, even if you guys did decide to keep the pq the way it is, some of the suggestions here might be a bit too late to consider, oh well.


Well, these are the few things i can recall from the last event that were worth bringing up again. I hope that my suggestions didn't come too late this time, or hopefully they were already address which would make me happy either way

(side note: i personally believe the cake event was in a good spot, so i dont have any suggestions for it, but if one of you guys have something on it, do share!)

 

I know it was late, but please at least make coin shop accessible through FM. It will be big QoL for everyone.

 

Seems like all of the above have been changed for this anni event
Inky is now in FM.
The PQ is now an hourly random que, and buffs of the mobs actually matters this time + there's a small participation reward.
And I can't wait to see what's in the droptable of the new maple tree event
P.S: I know they did change something in the droptable, because the first item i got from it was not available last year, lvl 64 maple weapons!:

Idk if this thread caused anything to change, maybe everything stated in this feedback post was already in the works as solution for this year's event, either way, I'm super stoked for this year's anni event!
