Very much possible. Every gimmicky [not sorry] quest you do simply helps you remove a far harder quest from your to-do list in the end. But even without them you'll be able to do it
Thanks everyone for your helpful responses! Did this guide take into account the event quests which count toward the medal from 2021-2022? For example: the Christmas gifts delivery quest I think gives +15 toward quest completion. The new valentines day quest gives +3 and the Miwok Artifact quests give +3 too I think. In any event, I will do the gimmicky drop quest item quests to ease my way to 1,000
event quests will not count towards the medal once the event is over because they don't show up in the quest tab anymore

Recently i start to do this again on my new char and found out my permanent beginner cant do these quests (not sure its a bugged or not) 1. Jane the alchemist series: +Jane's first challenge +Jane's second challenge +Jane's final challenge (I still can do prequest jane and the wild boar, thats weird ) 2. Dr.betty's research on plants series: +Research on plants fossils +Progress on fossil research Dr.betty's research on animal fossil series: +Research on animal fossil +Transporting drake's skull (the same that i can do prequest winston fossil dig-up ) 3. Arwen and the glass shoe Will update when i have time to lvl my char and continue the quest
Completed Virtuoso without tossing any quest items (except Ludibrium medal, I forgot about that lol). Still have 8-10 tedious etc quests (500 mateon tentacles, 600 cursed dolls, 1k drumming bunnies) and about half of Neo Tokyo left to do. So it's definitely achievable without cheating.
Info on the three new missable item quests added in v81. Lost Sack of Rice Lost Banana Leaf Lost Strange Flower all for Over Level 10. To activate these, do "The Welcoming Ritual" and throw out the Sack of Rice, Banana Leaf, and Strange Flower. These quests will be available only after you get the Silk Thread from Jit, which is the penultimate step. They will not appear yet if you've dropped the items earlier in the quest but haven't obtained the Silk Thread. Do the quest up to this part: And then if you've dropped the three items other than Silk Thread, you should see: For the quests themselves, just talk to each NPC and you'll get the item again. No need to fetch anything or pay.

@Inusama Please add the following to the "missable quests" - Muirhat's hidden quest line - triggered by clicking the trash bin next to him (to his right) on the top floor of Nautilius. Player then need to speak to Athena Pierce... There are 5+ quests in the questline - killing regular golems, dark golems, mixed golems, drakes, skeletons, and tauromacis. I don't think it's level restricted.
Update on my permanent beginner 4.The missing mechanical parts (jq to find 10 screw) in ludi 5.Notice from excavation team(quest receive from a board npc in GPQ map) 6.Cleaning up the street+continue(looks quite right since the reward for completing is a weapon or armor of ur job, sad) 7.Urban warrior also in NLC (no cool chair for me ) But still happy i can do mount quest and hp quest at lvl 70
After completing ROA for the first time (Han Broker and the Mystical Mineral), Quests did not increase Completed Quests
Warning: if you get your zak helm early and want to finish The Stones of Reality later on, you have to do part 1 and 2 again for the two etcs. So just leave the EoF part for later and get scarga helm first if you hate the jump quest like I do (since you'll probably do alt zak for the +7) RIP my <lvl 120 quest virtuoso I think...
I found a quest called Cool as ice This quest is only avaiable in ur list after u complete all the prequests as below https://global.hidden-street.net/quest/event/cool-as-ice (bounty hunter also have to complete all include the first and second time or it wont appear) and u have to have a MON in inventory too The quest also give 3.2m exp
thats very interesting, so you need to have a MON in your inventory but equipped does not count, then this quest should pop up? I will try that out since I got all quests done in that region anyway.
