Woahhhhhh this is amazing. This is the first database I've seen that has quest kill counts included, and I love the spawn counts for each map - I loved the one in the maplelegends library but now this is our own server specific one! This would be a gold mine for questing

My only constructive criticism is as an end user, some of the locations are a bit obscure. For example, Exchange quests such as Orbis ETC and such are under Gachapon and not where I'd instinctually think to look. I understand the clean asthetic, but I think a few more pages on the left and/or some renaming might really help.

 

Some bosses drop multiple copies of an item, like zhelms or 5k NX cards. Think this would be worth adding in? Here's the ones I remember but there's probably more:

Nearly every high level boss drops potions in bundles of more than 1, and sometimes multiple bundles

Zakum:
- 2-5? Zhelms
- 0-2 5k NX

Horntail:
- 2-5? HTP
- 2-4 5k NX

Auf:
- 2-3 Helms
- 2-3 5k NX

Toad:
- 2 bands
- idk nx

Von Leon:
- 6 Belts
- 6 Medallion
- 6 Parchment
- 6 5k NX

Chao/Ephenia:
- 1-2 250 NX

NT Bosses:
- Multiple bundles of silver coins

Pap:
- I think technically it drops multiple separate stacks of dark tachyons

 

Pink Adventurer Cape does not appear to be getting from LHC Gachapon

An idea for a useful entry (especially for us pallys), would be a elemental chart!

 

Feature Request: I'd love to see lists of pots that boost a certain stat (IE I"m looking for every +Accuracy Potion) You have all the +Use items already, but no way to search by what their stat boosts do.

 

White scroll and chaos scroll also drops from anniversary balloon (and event scrolls) and white lady (ring/belt 30%+70%s) , as well as obtainable from Secret treasure map boxes from anniversary + PQ token exchange boxes.

 

Feature Request:
Likely to be time-consuming/technically challenging, but a tool for map pathing would be nice. Hidden Streets and other various maps like CWK (some of which require you to speak to an NPC to warp to) are notorious for being inaccessible for directionally challenged people like me. This would make navigating for quests, training, etc significantly less frustrating and does not currently exist anywhere. I believe the XML data contains map id's for portals somewhere so it's theoretically possible(?), but only a nutjob would work on something like this given that it's not enough to just list shortest path for a single town. You'd somehow have to visually display which portals (and hidden ones at that) to perfect this.

Suggestion:
- Exp table
- Sort / filter feature at Monster page
- more flexible search like "scroll dex" would yield result instead of entering full name

 

Thank you for your valuable feedback and feature requests! I appreciate your input and will carefully review and prioritize it in the development roadmap.

That said, please understand that implementing each request will take time, as my availability for this project is limited. During the public beta, my primary focus will be on addressing critical issues first.

Update: Version 0.2

1. Fixed search query issue

Before: As @scottY5C pointed out, both search results and recommendations were not delivering flexible results as expected. For example, queries like "bow 100" or "scroll dex" returned no results.

After: Replaced the query function with PostgreSQL’s native vector full-text search. It now provides more relevant results, as shown in the image below.

2. Fixed server usage issue

Before: Server usage spiked too quickly due to excessive edge requests at runtime (caused by prefetching) and a high computational load at build time (from static rendering).

After: Disabled static rendering for individual IDs (over 8,000) and prefetching for certain links within the user’s viewport.​

 

It’s becoming more stable, and I can now start working on feature requests!

Update: Version 0.3

1. Fixed search
   • Before: Searching for "krex" returned no results because Maple-specific terms like Krexel lacked semantic value for vector search.
   • After: Replaced vector search with an AND-based ilike function, ensuring relevant results are displayed for all possible queries.

2. Fixed pagination
   • Before: Displaying only 10 items per page required excessive pagination.
   • After: Increased the limit to 50 items per page. It now also displays a link to the last page.
3. Added anti-bot measures
   • Before: Amazon’s AI scraping bot accessed every page every 4 seconds, causing high server usage.
   • After: Configured robots.txt and installed a bot firewall to mitigate the issue.

 

Hi, I’d like to respond to your feedback and feature requests. I’d appreciate any follow-ups from you!

Gachapon and Craft are tricky. All other categories are based on actual categories or IDs from the client file. However, all scripts or reactors in Gachapon and Craft are server-side scripts that do not exist in the client file and do not have an ID.
For example, exchange quests are not technically quests, item boxes are not considered items, and reactors do not fall into any specific category—they cannot be classified under a standard category.
To address this, I created a new ID for each one, assigning "gachapon" to a random script/reactor and "craft" to a fixed script. This was done to separate the database table and component design. As a result, Gachapon and Craft are now aligned with the other categories. That said, I’m open to suggestions for better wording. Thank you for your feedback!

I've added this request to the roadmap with high priority since I believe it will be valuable for players who actively engage in bossing. In the meantime, could you let me know if there are any other items you've noticed that should be included?

I haven’t played Pally, so I’d like to better understand your request. In what scenario, what query, and what results are you looking for? Please describe your case in as much detail as possible.

For example, here’s how it currently works:
Scenario: “I’m about to challenge Ephenia for the first time!”
Query: “What elemental attributes does she have?”

I've added your request to the roadmap, but it’s not something I can implement quickly. All items in Use category, not just potions, have various buff effects so I need to create a dedicated page for this feature. I don’t want to take the easy route by simply displaying every single item in Use and leaving sorting or filtering up to the user—that's not the kind of product I want to build.

- Let me create Treasure Map page first. I will then add WS and CS, but do you have any screenshots or logs for that? What else does it drop?
- WS and CS are already in Anniversary Baloon page. Does Anniversary Baloon drop all the 100% event scrolls like Cake Boss? If so, do you have any screenshots or logs?
- Do you have any screenshots or logs for White Lady? (How did you know it drops all the Ring/Belt 30%+ 70%?)

- For monster page, in what scenario, what query, and what results are you looking for? (same as elemental chart above)

 

There is two scenarios where i have looked up elemental charts/info.

The first one is exactly as you describe: "I have a specific mob/boss in mind, let me search up the elemental status of the mob/boss".
Searching up the mob by name, and getting it's elemental data is all you need here.


The second scenario is more relevant for paladins who are still deciding which elemental charge to max at a certain level.
"I'm now level 70, would ice or fire be better to max now?" "I have now maxed blast and stance, would i need holy/divine charge soon?"

Here, it would be great with a elemental chart or list, where you could sort by fire, ice, lightning and holy (also maybe heal dmg/undead mobs) and level.
So if you sorted for "Ice weak", you would get a list of all ice weak mobs, ordered by level.

"I've decided to max ice charge first, let me see what options that gives me" "Hmm, it looks like holy/divine charge isn't really that relevant until lvl 160+, according to the list"
